  • We represent clients before the Industrial Property Office (ÚPV) or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in all types of proceedings (objections, invalidity, etc.).
  • We handle defense against counterfeiting and the enforcement of intellectual property rights both extrajudicially, before courts, and in proceedings before customs authorities.
  • We negotiate settlements, coexistence agreements, licensing contracts and other IP transactions.
  • We conduct comprehensive audits of intellectual property, covering employees, suppliers, SaaS, open-source, subscription models and provide recommendations or remediate undesirable situations.
  • We secure and administer grants for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of intellectual property and provide IP Scan and IP Enforcement services to the Industrial Property Office and clients.
  • We handle domain disputes and assist in protecting clients' brands in the online world and on online platforms.
